Personal trainers are on hand to assist members while yoga instructors have about 10 years of experience in the various styles of yoga. All classes are conducted from early morning till late evening. In addition, My Fitness provides beauty and spa treatments and services. Members even can enjoy body massage, facial and hydro bath with your loved ones. Moreover, our health food bar serves you with low calories food and drink to make sure you have balance meals consumption. My Fitness opens Monday to Saturday from 6am to 12am midnight; while 8am to 10pm for Sunday and public holiday. This is for the convenience of members with different lifestyles.
