Unless otherwise stated in the EziVoucher or required by law, the following additional terms apply to all Vouchers:
* All EziVouchers are not exchangeable or refundable for cash and / or other goods and services
* No cash value for any EziVoucher
* Customer must use EziVoucher in one visit. No cash back will be issued for partial redemption of the paid portion of an EziVoucher, except as required by law
* No cash back or credit will be issued for partial redemption of the promotional portion of an EziVoucher
* One EziVoucher is valid for one redemption only unless stated otherwise
* One EziVoucher is generally valid for one person only unless stated otherwise
* Paperless EziVoucher code are to be presented when making redemption for verification purposes, unless otherwise stated
* EziVoucher cannot be combined with any other offer/promotion unless stated otherwise
* EziVoucher are transferable unless stated otherwise
* Customers are advice to make advance reservation to avoid dissapointment. Reservation available on first come first serve basis.
* No replacement or extension will be given for any expired EziVoucher
* Neither EziVoucher nor the merchant is responsible for lost or stolen EziVoucher or EziVoucher unique code ID
* No cash back or credit will be issued for partial redemption of the promotional portion of an EziVoucher
* Duplicate use, sale or trade of a voucher is prohibited
* Unless stated otherwise at the time an EziVoucher is purchased, EziVoucher price is nett, inclusive of service charges, value added or taxes
* Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice

* Ezivoucher.com procedures are to check all items before shipping out to our customers to ensure that all items are in order and in good condition.
* All items sold are not returnable, refundable nor exchangeable. In the event that wrong goods are received, damaged or broken, kindly contact us at contact@ezivoucher.com within 48 hours of receiving your items. Ezivoucher.com will reply your email within 48hours of receipt of your email.
* The following conditions apply:
   - All goods returned must be in its complete and original packing conditions. Items which are removed from its original packing, used, soiled or washed are not entitled for the refund/return.
   - The returned items must reach us within 14 days from the Product Return Acceptance Email’s date.
   - The customers are to undertake the full responsibility for any shipping charges involved in returning the goods back to ezivoucher.com. Ezivoucher.com shall not be liable for any damages or lost of items during the return shipment.
   - All delivery charges and other handling fees are not refundable. Restocking and other fees may be charged.
